We want God to change things, but are we willing to allow God to change us? Don't put off 'til tomorrow what you can do today, because tomorrow is not promised to ANY BODY!
"Lord, I want you to transform me!"
vs 1a | There are "sacrifices" that we give that God finds unacceptable. I want my sacrifice to be acceptable by God!
vs 2 | Coming to church...reading your Bible...singing "Lord, Prepare Me" ain't enough if you're unwilling to let God transform you! You don't have time to look back for people. You must pursue what God wants you to do. God says to us, on tonight, "Can I fix you?" CR Matthew 6:33 God says, "You don't need a group of people for me to transform you!"
Verse of the Day: Isaiah 43:16, 18-19 NLT
Why does God want to transform you? Because He wants to do a new thing in you! But you have to allow Him to transform you! I cannot ask Him to enlarge my territory with out Him being able to enlarge my mindset. Stop putting things off what you can do today! What happens if the angels blow the the trumpet?
God wants to give you a very rich and satisfying life. How do we become a new person? He has to change our mindset. Let God work on your mind. Let God change the way you think in 2018 - because, Lord, your thoughts are not my thoughts; Your ways are not my ways! People are sick in the mind; we must get in line with His way of thinking.
Rom. vs 2b | How are we going to know God's will for us? We must be transformed. After you've done all you can, stand! It comes a point in time where all you have to do is just stand.
How can I be consistent in being transformed in 2018? I must place myself on the Potter's Wheel. "On the Potter's Wheel" means that you have to submit...you have to give you your way of thinking. Because, to be on the potter's wheel doesn't mean you get to control the speed of the wheel.
Because you made a turn,
Never try to live your life without the Potter. Sincerely give your life over to God, and you will see Him. CR Exodus 33:13 - God's, Moses' frustration with the people of Israel. Teach me your ways, so that I may continue to find favor. CR Matthew 5:8 - Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. Are you ready to be transformed in 2018?
Pray in the New Year!
