The workshop is hosted by Pastor Seneca who leads the discussion utilizing Biblical references of mental illness.

Also included are professionals who discuss such topics as the six stages of grief, chemical imbalances, the effects of mental health disorders on a child's education, and suicide. Additional discussions include pastors, leadership and members of the church who suffer from mental illness.

Being a leader in the pulpit or any organization comes with its own set of pressures. An alarming rate of America's pastors and leaders are battling depression, inevitably making the decision to commit suicide. Without properly dealing with pressures that come along with leading a church or business team, depression and mental illness can have increasingly devastating effects.

Rev. Jeffree M. Fauntleroy, founder and senior pastor of Transformation Christian Church, talks about developing the right avenues and support teams for our nation's leaders.
