The Cupbearer may have forgotten, but God has not and He will bring it back to His remembrance. You will come in contact with the reality of your dreams.

There is a starting place and ending place for everything. For Joseph, it was hatred and jealousy that set him on this course.
I'm sure that the in-between was extremely troubling and painful for Joseph, but his latter was just as God promised it would be. You see, everyone has an in-between. The outcome of your destination has been pre-chosen by God; you are on a collision course with your destiny. Despite the opposition discomfort and pain, God has been with you the whole time. Remain courageous, and be brave. Just as God instructed Joshua, you to will have to be strong and very courageous. People will envy and become jealous; they will even forget how God has used you to be instrumental in their life, but God won't. Nothing will stop you; nothing will hinder you, and nothing will keep you from your God-given destiny. The forces that are catapulting you forward are greater than the ones that are pushing against you. Recently, I was sitting at a stop light, and the force of three cars were pushed into the back of my vehicle. I wasn't responsible for the incident, but it happened. Nothing that I could do or say would change the facts that the incident occurred. You have visions, and you have dreams; your only true desire is to be treated as everyone else has been treated, but yet people have even robbed you of this. Don't worry or be dismayed; you have been on a collision course with your destiny. God has worked it all for your good, and His purpose and true reason is being manifested before you in this very moment. You will recognize them in their position before they recognize you in your position. In this place forgiveness, mercy, and humility will still be required on your part. The mindset of Christ will be your greatest asset; let the Holy Spirit lead and guide you, and allow the principles of God to govern and rule within your heart.
This is the story of Joseph being manifested in our lives - a collision course that you and no one can change (Genesis chapters 37 through 50).
After all that Joseph went through, his words to his brothers was not to be angry with themselves for selling him there. He understood and knew that God had sent him ahead of them to preserve a remnant on earth and to save their lives with great deliverance. Joseph was made Lord and ruler of the entire household of Pharaoh.

Reflections & Notes
Have you ever dreamed good dreams, but the reality that you're living in doesn't look the same? This is what Joseph went through.
Genesis 37:4-11
Joseph had some troubled days - he went through some things. But God will grant the day when your dreams will become a reality. Your dreams will become a reality! How? Trust God!
People will hate you for your dreams - it's a heart issue that they have to deal with on their part (vs 5 & 8). It must be dealt with. We see later on in the text how God dealt with the heart issue of Joseph's brothers.
Don't turn down your blessing because of the hatred of others. How many dreams can a person have? As many as God gives you.
VS 10 - Rebuke = Rejected. Anyone ever been rebuked because of your dreams? The reason that God had that path be rejected is because God has a specific path of destiny that you must walk down. What God has to give you is bigger than anything. You cannot change the details of what God has spoken to you in order to make someone else happy - in doing this, you are no longer pleasing God; you are now seeking to please other people. If God gave it to Joseph, who can take it away? No one! Cross Reference: I will keep thee in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him.
Jacob interpreted Joseph's dream. He was ok with Joseph ruling over the brothers, but wasn't ok with Joseph ruling over him - the father an the mother. So, he kept these matters in his mind.
Genesis 50:15-21
It is important that you keep doing what you're supposed to do - even if you're locked up. Because in doing so, your work, your consistency, and your character will speak for you, and people will remember.
Example: The eye of a hurricane means you're halfway through it, but if you don't keep going, you're never going to reach the finish line. Some of the worst winds are on the back end of a hurricane; but don't be dismayed - keep going, and do what God has told you to do. You're on a collision course with your destiny.
Joseph did end up ruling over his own father and over his own family, but not by his own power - by the power of God Almighty.
VS 15 - If we have the mindset of Christ, we don't hold a grudge. People know they did you wrong.
VS 18 - Even with tears in Joseph's eyes, he sees the fulfillment of the dreams God gave him - the fulfillment of God's purpose.
VS 20: The intent of the devil will never overrule the intent of God. As God pushes you forward, there is nothing that can stop your movement. Stop being upset that people are rejecting you; you must go ahead and get things prepared so that when people finally get caught up, things will be in place for 'the saving of many lives.' Lives will be changed by YOU! Is this not a reason to keep going - even if it is just one person?
Q: What should we do when people exhibit hateful behaviors toward us?
A: Keep pressing toward your blessing; do not turn it down (vs 5-11; in vs 5-7, 9 we see that God did not stop inputting dreams through Joseph).
Q: So you're on your way to your destiny - how should you perform - even in the midst of being locked up or in the midst of a storm?
A: Be consistent, and perform as God has called you to perform. In doing so, your day of vindication is going to come. Genesis 41:39-40
Q: How should we behave when God brings the fulfilled manifestation of His dreams?
A: Forgive, don't hold a grudge; be of good character, and embrace those who once had ill-intent and hatred in their hearts (vs 18-21). Do what people did not do to/for you. To whom much is given, much is required. You're now able to provide for the very people that rejected you. Speak kindly to them; provide for anyone that is in need.
Humility; leave what people did to us in the past - so much to the point that when they return, they will be the ones to articulate the offense.
Don't turn down your blessing because of the hatred of others. Be consistent, and perform as God has called you to perform.
